Pavithra Ganesaratnam is a British educated Australian Lawyer with an ability to practice law in four jurisdictions (UK, Australia, New Zealand & Sri Lanka).

She graduated with an undergraduate Law degree from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom and completed the UK Legal Practice Course (British Solicitor Exams) at the BPP Law School, London, United Kingdom specialising in Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation.

She then received the Swiss Governments "FCS Scholarship" and the Karl Popper Foundations "Karl Popper Award". These scholarships worth in excess of 58,000$, allowed her to read for a Master in International Dispute Resolution at the acclaimed MIDS program at the Graduate Institute Geneva, Switzerland. She specialised in International Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution in her Masters.

Pavithra then moved to Australia and completed her postgraduate education at the University of Sydney and the Australian National University. She was admitted as a Lawyer in Australia.

Pavithra has over 10 years PQE and has working in Tier 1 Law firms and organisations. She has predominately worked in Cross Border Disputes, Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Banking, Aviation and Property Law.

She has specialist knowledge of International and Domestic Arbitration Law and is able to advice on all matters pertaining to this. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.

In addition Pavithra has an in-depth knowledge of International Migration Law and advices High Net Worth Migrants. She is a MARA Registered Australian Migration Agent.
